the HMRC in October 2000 and has to gain re-approval every year.

TeamSpirit Software (HeadCount's affiliate company)
became a member of the Business & Accounting Software Developers'
Association (BASDA) in February 2005. BASDA represents more than
350 of the world's leading application software developers and is the
acknowledged voice of the industry. The association was formed in 1993
by a core group of developers who realised that the software industry
needed a representative body. BASDA Membership gives TeamSpirit access
to detailed technical specifications and white papers that affect the HR
and Payroll industry and allows TeamSpirit Software staff to attend its
meetings and events to keep abreast of industry trends.

Headcount has been a member of the National Outsourcing
Association (NOA) since November 2005. The NOA is a Not-For-Profit trade
association, which promotes best outsourcing practice and represents the
interests of outsourcing users, suppliers and third party support companies.
Its main aim is to provide advice on best practice and an environment where
organisations can ask for and give advice.
