This service provides a unique package that delivers modern, flexible employee benefits with less administrative effort than a typical fixed benefit plan.
This latest addition to the HeadCount suite of solutions provides seamless HR and payroll integration dramatically reducing implementation costs and timescales and improving compliance and data accuracy.
Any HeadCount or TeamSpirit customer can access this service to deliver modern, online employee benefits to their staff. Implementation and ongoing monthly administration are delivered on a fixed price basis.
The solution has been developed with a number of leading providers to enable employers to deliver compelling employee benefit arrangements irrespective of size. Existing plans can also be easily included.
